Trusted globally, they have over 50 years' experience designing, manufacturing, and installing Acoustic hardware on construction sites. This niche engineering company cover a diverse range of projects in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their head office in Hertford!
Role responsibilities include:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with current accounts.
Engaging customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their project and specifications.
Proactively generating leads through cold calls and networking.
Following up on leads and referrals from the Sales Team.
Identifying lucrative opportunities within target markets.
Staying ahead of industry developments and motoring competitor positioning.
Ideal candidate will need:
Minimum 5 years sales experience.
Field sales experience, particularly in business-to-business sales.
Knowledge of industrial equipment
Knowledge of Acoustics, spanning product range and practical applications.
Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
Company benefits:
Between £35,000 and £45,000, based on experience.
