Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 basic + Company Car + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+)
Role: Permanent – Full Time

· Proven track record in Business Development or B2B Sales
· Strong new business generation skills
· Commercially astute with excellent negotiation abilities

Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities

· Identify and win new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
· Develop a robust pipeline through proactive business development activity
· Deliver commercially beneficial solutions for customers

Commutable Locations:
Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Tamworth, Worcester, Redditch, Derby and surrounding areas.
