Senior Business Development Manager (SaaS – Healthcare & NHS)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Commission + Benefits

Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading SaaS organisation delivering innovative digital solutions into the healthcare sector, including the NHS. Due to continued growth and strong market demand, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across the UK.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business and expanding footprint within healthcare and NHS environments. You will be selling market-leading SaaS solutions that enable healthcare providers to improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle – from prospecting and relationship building through to closing high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategic new business sales plan targeting NHS Trusts, ICSs and wider healthcare organisations

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the healthcare sector

* Engage with senior stakeholders including clinical leaders, IT directors and procurement teams

* Manage the end-to-end sales process (lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation and closure)

* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product to align go-to-market strategies

* Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM systems

* Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

* Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into healthcare or NHS

* Strong understanding of NHS procurement frameworks and buying cycles

* Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

* Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes

* Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
