Package- £80,000–£110,000 BASIC (DoE)+ Quarterly Bonus + Executive Car + Benefits

Selling- Bespoke Architectural/Structural Metal Work/ Fabrication Services

Clients- Large Construction Contractors & National Multi-Storey Residential Developers

Based- Reading 2-3 days a week & in the Field

We're urgently looking for an experienced sales professional who has a track record of selling bespoke engineered products into large UK residential developers & main construction contractors.

You'll be working for a long established national company that designs & fabricates bespoke architectural metalwork for large scale, multi-storey, residential projects.

The company has a strong reputation and an established portfolio of national clients, meaning that this is very much a project-led sales role, focused on securing high-value residential projects across the UK.

Working closely with an Internal Business Development team who will be identifying and qualifying project opportunities, you will be tasked with converting those opportunities into sales.

The company are specifically looking for a sales professional who has experience selling similar products such as:

* Architectural/Structural metalwork

* Metal Staircases

* Canopies/Metal Decking

* Balconies

* Balustrades

* Metal Handrails/ Railings

* Façade / cladding systems/Louvres

* Glazing or façade fixing systems

* Timber frame or bespoke joinery systems

* Structural Steel packages

* Bespoke Fabricated Metal work

Must Have Requirements

* Experience selling similar products / fabrication/ metal work services

* Track record of selling directly into large Housing Developers/ Main Contractors

* Proven ability to win complex, high-value project sales

* Experience of presenting to clients

* Strong closings skills
