Description:

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Business Development Manager to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in business development, preferably within the payroll sector.
• Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Office-based, with hybrid options considered for the right candidate.
