Our client in Wellingborough is seeking an efficient Business Development Manager to join their small team.
Our client requires someone to work on a permanent full-time basis. This role requires someone who is open minded with a "can do" attitude that is willing to chip in and help the team.
Duties and responsibilities for the Property Manager role include:
Respond to and nurture incoming landlord leads in a professional and prompt manner.
Covert leads into new business opportunities.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate letting agreements with prospective tenants.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing landlords.
Ensure all lettings processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development plans.
Maintain detailed records of interaction and transactions using company CRM system.
Skills and experience required for the Property Manager role:
Previous lettings experience ideal but not essential.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
First class customer service.
Good time keeping and diary management.
Good understanding of IT.
Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
