As a Recruitment Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and strengthening partnerships with leading organizations. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent progress towards revenue targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the recruitment industry or related field.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Relationship Building Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.

Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.

Results-Driven: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass targets.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
