In this role, you’ll work alongside the wider new business team to seek opportunities for the delivery team to work. This will involve hunting for prospects on LinkedIn, cold-calling a pipeline and emailing contacts on your CRM to inform them of your first-class recruitment services.

You will be given support from a dedicated team who teach you the ropes. This includes a personalised learning and development plan that helps you accelerate growth within your career.

You must be ready to use your first-class communication skills to make a difference in people’s lives. This is a very person-centred job, so confidence in your own abilities is vital.

About The Role:

* You will conduct explorative search campaigns in the construction sector, searching for prospects with hiring needs

* You’ll source job specs, speak to prospects about their hiring struggles and pair them with a delivery team who’ll look after their requirements

* Working with the internal delivery team, you’ll help create a strategy to attract industry-leading candidates

* It’s essential that you regularly update the company CRM with accurate information to help keep your pipeline fresh and fruitful

* You must conduct daily research on the construction market, identifying new trends and exploring how you can elevate your work

You Will Need To Have/Be:

* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role A related construction degree - 2:1 or higher

* Enthusiasm, motivation and drive

* Fantastic IT skills - you’ll work closely with computers The skills to work in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
