The Role
 
We are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in the success of our apprenticeship and training proposition.
 
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for proactively targeting large corporate employers to propose and present our L&D solutions.
 
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential clients through proactive outreach and from incoming enquiries.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:  

Be passionate about people, business, and sales.
Research, prospect, acquire and manage new accounts.
Have strong communication skills to open conversations with potential clients.
Contact clients through outreach - telephone, email, social media, virtual meetings.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
Be confident to present our solutions in virtual, 1-2-1, and group meetings. ‍
Requirements:
Good business and commercial awareness.
An enthusiastic and authentic approach.
A passion for sales, business, and people.
A brilliant and confident communicator.
A track record in B2B sales and account management (preferred). Benefits:
