Our Business Development Managers are responsible for driving business growth for Leyton UK. They prospect for, engage & convert new business clients for Leyton UK to consult upon their Tax Incentive & Innovation Tax claims with HMRC.

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including CFOs, tax directors, and other decision-makers.

* Collaborate with internal teams, including tax professionals, engineers, and project managers, to ensure that client needs are met and services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.

* Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities and ensuring that all sales activities are documented and tracked in the company's CRM system.

* Lead client presentations and proposals, communicating the value proposition of the company's services and addressing client needs and concerns.

* Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

* Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing feedback to the company's leadership team to inform business strategy and sales tactics.

* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue growth.

* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, reporting regularly on progress and forecasting future sales activity
