As a company they are looking for someone they can develop long term, into a field-based BDM. You will be experienced in Telesales and Business Development within the Telecoms and IT Sector, hungry to succeed with ambitions to climb the sales ladder.

The Role

NGc are looking for an experienced opportunity generator looking to develop themselves into either supervisor / management or to into new business Field Sales

As the first point of contact, you will be reaching out to prospective clients and discussing their current Telecoms and IT systems. Whilst representing the brand to the highest level you will explore the needs of the prospective client and demonstrate how the organisation can assist in improving their current solutions. By building confidence with the prospective client, you will meet your targets and generate appointments.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Booking appointments

· Providing a high level of customer service

· Working towards and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets

· Following a mixture of warm and cold leads

· Continually build a pipeline of new business, upselling and cross selling at every given opportunity

· CRM management

· Hitting team and individual targets

· Information gathering

· Diary management

Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills

* Telecoms experience is desirable

* Sales experience is desirable

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000-£28,000.00 per Annum Plus Uncapped Commission OTE
