Role Overview
* Actively promote our comprehensive range of fire and security solutions to both new and existing clients within an assigned geographical area
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maximizing potential within the existing customer base, aiming for cross-selling across all offerings
* Maintain accurate CRM records, including diaries, in a timely manner
* Exceed sales installation OV targets
* Foster regular communication with key influencers
* Proactively seek, identify, and convert new business prospects
* Keep meticulous records in Salesforce of all customer and influencer interactions
* Drive cross-selling initiatives for all relevant fire and security products
* Collaborate with the sales manager to identify and nurture new business prospects
* Provide precise and reliable sales forecasts to the sales manager
* Independently manage a portfolio of existing customers, responsible for generating sales from these accounts
* Meet or exceed recurring revenue and key response targets
Candidate Requirements
* Maintain a results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on achieving set goals and objectives
* Demonstrate resilience and a determined commitment to customer satisfaction
* Possess strong organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail
* Exhibit excellent communication skills with a knack for persuasion and closing sales
