Description:
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our clients, a well-respected independent estate agency in the Bury. St Edmunds area.
This will be an office-based position and the main objective for this role will be creating warm leads for both the Sales and their Lettings department.
The successful Business Development Executive will be offered:
Up to £24,000 basic salary
OTE between £30,000 - £35,000

As a Business Development Executive, your duties will be:
Achievement of new business targets through the generation of leads to be passed to the Sales & Lettings team to convert to new clients across our range of services available.
Promoting a wide range of services offered
Creating and finding new leads and building relationships with both leads and colleagues.
To be considered for the Business Development Executive, you must have:
Experience of working in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Versatility to communicate effectively at all levels and across the company in order to maximise opportunities across all departments
Highly organised, with good time management skills.
Self-motivated.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Computer literate
