We're seeking a charismatic and proven Business Development Executive to join our close-knit, remote-first team. You'll be the star of our revenue growth story, using your persuasive powers to secure advertising and sponsorships as well as develop lucrative partnerships.

Your Stage:

* THE BUZZ: The world's only magazine for voiceover artists, where you'll secure advertising deals that shine.

* GET YOUR GAME ON: Our exciting voiceover events in London and LA, needing your sponsorship magic to make them unforgettable.

Your Encore:

* A flexible, remote UK role with the chance to travel to the dazzling cities of London and LA.

* A juicy £28k basic salary that can rise to £40k+ in your first year – depending on your performance, darling.

Your Mission: To fuel VON's growth by forging strong partnerships and closing lucrative deals that benefit both our company and the global voiceover community.

What You'll Do:

* Hunt & Close: Identify, nurture, and close advertising deals for The Buzz magazine.

* Sponsorship Success: Secure sponsorships for the GET YOUR GAME ON events, building win-win relationships.

* Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential advertisers and sponsors.

* Data-Driven: Track and analyze sales performance to refine your approach and maximize results.

* Partnerships: These will be a crucial part of your role; bring in new partners and maintain a great relationship with current partners.

We expect you’ll have the following to be able to thrive in this vital role for VON:

* Know how to open doors via email, LinkedIn, video sales meetings as well as close deals.

* Able to sell advertising in one meeting and develop lucrative partnerships in the next.

* Use your awesome relationship building skills to open doors and nurture relationships that result in profitable advertising sales, event sponsorships and partnerships.

* You’re a great team player.

* Proven ability to work from home within a small remote team.
