Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing business development opportunities to drive growth
Identifying opportunities to create new sales leads to meet revenue targets
Utilising telephone sales, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Ensuring a strong sales approach is completed each week on existing and prospective clients
Building and maintaining a master list of contractors, ensuring weekly growth
Achieving personal KPIs
Learning and retaining in-depth knowledge of industry-specific value propositions
Identifying customer needs and targeting accordingly
Following CRM processes to ensure a full understanding and analysis of available clients, contacts and prospects
Setting up and completing business development presentations
Driving hot leads from the Delivery team
Hosting and attending corporate hospitality events
Negotiating sales
Experience and Skills Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner
Prior sales experience is preferable
Ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced team environment
Highly driven to achieve results
