I am working with a pioneering client in the heart of Cheltenham, who are seeking Business Development Executives to join their sociable team.

Direct experience isn’t required but you should be money-motivated, driven, and confident making outbound calls. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a business development/ sales role to earn a competitive commission.

Your Responsibilities:

* Generating convertible leads.

* Building and developing client relationships.

* A confident telephone manner.

* Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills required for a Business Development Executive:

* Excellent communication skills.

* Work well under pressure.

* Driven to achieve and exceed targets.

* Ability to build rapport.

* Money motivated.

Benefits:

* Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

* Paid early finish on Fridays.
