BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
£35,000 per annum | Stokenchurch | Office-based

We're recruiting for an established UK business looking to strengthen its sales team with someone who brings energy, drive and a genuine appetite for developing new business.
This isn't about sitting back and waiting for enquiries to arrive.
It's about making things happen.
The opportunity
You'll be speaking with businesses, building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into sales.
You'll work alongside an experienced sales team, developing your commercial skills and learning how to turn a good conversation into a valuable customer relationship.
We're interested in people who enjoy the challenge of sales, aren't afraid of rejection and have the determination to keep moving forward.
What we're looking for
* Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and picking up the phone.
* Confidence to start conversations and ask good questions.
* The curiosity to understand customers and identify opportunities.
* Resilience when things don't go to plan.
* The ability to follow up, stay organised and see opportunities through.
* A desire to learn, develop and achieve results.
Previous sales experience would be an advantage, particularly in a B2B environment, but we're equally interested in your attitude, approach and potential.
You don't need experience in a particular industry. We'll teach you the products.
What we can't teach quite so easily is the enthusiasm to get out there and make things happen.
