Business Development Consultant
We’re working with a fast-growing specialist finance business that supports recruitment, staffing and workforce companies with tailored solutions to help them improve cash flow, manage payroll and scale.
Their proposition combines invoice finance, payroll management, payments and back-office solutions, giving clients far more than traditional funding.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join the Reading team and play a key role in growing the UK business.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Developing new business with recruitment and workforce companies.
* Building relationships with business owners, introducers and industry partners.
* Understanding client challenges around cash flow, payroll and growth and presenting tailored solutions.
* Generating and progressing new opportunities from prospecting through to conversion.
* Building a strong network within the recruitment and staffing sector.
* About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Commercially driven and hungry to succeed.
* Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
* Experienced in B2B sales, business development, commercial finance or recruitment.
* Comfortable with both new business generation and relationship building.
* Ambitious to develop within a growing business.
