Do you have a background in recruitment or training?
We are looking to speak to experienced Business Development candidates who are looking for a new challenge. Candidates will have a proven track record of sales / business development, ideally within the world of training.
Duties include:
* Research organisations to find new customers.
* Become a business development professional - Generate leads through phone calls, social media magic, emails, and networking.
* Uncover hidden gems, Conduct research to identify potential partnerships
* Manage and nurture existing relationships with employers, ensuring their continued success.
* Identify talent, Manage CVs, track results, and follow up with both learners and employers to ensure success.
The successful candidate will be target driven, an exceptional communicator and will have the ability to close business.
