Sales Support Associate - Dutch Speaking - 1 year FTC
Global Food & Bev Consumer Goods
London - Hybrid (3 days from home) - Up to £40,000 + bonus
We are glad to support this growing food and beverage business who are looking for a 1 year fixed term contract to join their expanding sales and business development team. In this business development role you would work with key sales stakeholders and support them in their B2B work across Dutch speaking customers.
What you'll do:
Support sales and business development teams through strong communication with customers, through strong order management, query response, and working to provide documentation, samples, and support to Dutch speaking stakeholders.
Produce reports for business development team and work with internal CRM system to ensure administrative tasks are completed with an attention to detail and in a timely manner.
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, commercial, and quality to monitor customers and working with product management to request information.Who you'll be:
Fluent Dutch and English speaker with a background in commercial (customer service background will also be considered).
Evidence of background utilising CRM system of any kind.
Attention to detail and enthusiastic and eager to learn with a commitment to communication and customer service.
