Used Truck Business Controller - 12 Month FTC  Salary: Starting from £45,000 plus excellent benefits package 
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working)

Scania Great Britain have an exciting opportunity for a Business Controller to join our Used Truck division, within our Sales organisation. As Business Controller, you will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of all aspects of the Used Truck. You will create and drive active dialogue with stakeholders throughout the organisation, to ensure financial understanding, maximise sales performance and increase profitability. 
This role would be a fantastic secondment opportunity for an internal candidate, with the right skill set, to gain knowledge and experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Attention to detail – Prepare wholesale month end management accounts, including margin analysis.
•    Strong Communication - Support and advise our business managers in understanding financial and business            performance, including income statements and KPIs. 
•    Proactive – Ability to systematically improve performance in line with or exceeding targets. 
•    Organised – Support the fleet business by being the key financial lead in their monthly reviews.
•    Analytical – Running analysis and interpretation of results and KPI’s (actual, projections, and plans) and using         this information to formulate and present weekly volume and margin             forecasting.
•    Strong Leadership skills - Lead, motivate, and manage the team to deliver high-quality results.
