Our client is hiring a Business Change Manager to lead the people-and-process side of change and make sure new solutions are truly adopted. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complex change, aligning stakeholders, and turning project outputs into lasting operational improvements, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:
* Lead engagement across all impacted teams and functions, ensuring everyone understands the change
* Develop and own the change strategy and change plan, including impact assessment, stakeholder planning, communications, training, cutover and adoption activities
* Translate process and system changes into real business impact, supported by standardised templates and workflows
* Coordinate business readiness and onboarding for internal and external stakeholders
* Design and deliver communications and training, driving user enablement and measurable uptake
* Assess change impacts on roles, behaviours and ways of working, defining mitigation and transition actions
* Monitor and manage resistance to change, escalating people-related risks where needed
* Support benefits realisation tracking, KPI measurement and post go-live performance monitoring
* Ensure a clear, structured handover to BAU teams, including sustainment activities and long-term embedding of new behaviours

What you'll bring:
* Experience delivering business change in complex organisational environments
* Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills
* Ability to translate technical or system changes into business impacts
* Training design and delivery experience, using adult learning principles
* Confident communication across multiple stakeholder groups
* Analytical mindset to support KPI tracking and benefits measurement
* Familiarity with structured change frameworks and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
* A practical approach to maintaining engagement, minimising disruption and driving adoption
