Business Change Consultant - Oracle Fusion (Finance)
Nottingham
Circa £65,000
I'm currently partnered with an FMCG organisation to support them on an exciting transformative finance journey.
This role is for a Business Change consultant who will focus on the overall strategy for implementing Oracle Fusion Finance. This will involve developing training plans alongside the training team, conducting assessments with wider business stakeholders to understand the impact of the implementation, and creating plans to ensure the programme is on track.
You will be building solid relationships with stakeholders froma cross the business and will become their advocate for anything change. Ideally you will have worked on a oracle Fusion implementation prior to this one.
To be considered for the role you should have experience in:
Change related qualification & understanding of methodologies
Prior experience delivering a transformation programme in a change capacity
Experience with Oracle Fusion
Ability to communicate and present findings at different levels
