Business Change Analyst (Energy)
Do you have experience as a Business Analyst within the utilities sector? Have you managed change related to CRM/billing systems? This role could be for you!
Business Change Analyst - What you'll do:
* Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping
* Identify and manage system changes
* Work on testing, change and release management
* Liaise with a range of stakeholders up to Board level
Business Change Analyst - What you'll need:
* Experience working in the utilities sector is essential
* Strong experience in business analysis
* Experience managing billing/CRM system changes
* Comfortable liaising up to senior level
