Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our faculty as a Business and ICT Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business studies and information and communication technology (ICT), with the ability to inspire and engage students in these subjects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the academic development of our students while fostering their skills and passion for business and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in business studies and ICT to students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic growth.
* Develop and implement curriculum materials, assessments, and projects that align with the school's objectives and standards.
* Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse learning styles.
* Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and offer support to help them achieve their academic goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the department and school community.
* Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, ICT, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching business studies and ICT at the secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and understanding of curriculum standards.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
