Business Analyst – AI & Automation (Hybrid – Gatwick)
Join a leading regulated organisation on a high‑impact AI, Automation and Digital Transformation programme. This permanent, hybrid role offers the chance to shape technology‑enabled change, work with cutting‑edge tools and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate discovery workshops and engage stakeholders to uncover business needs and AI opportunities.
• Analyse and document requirements using Agile methods – user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Identify and champion AI‑driven automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support business case development, benefits realisation and UAT activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Specialists and Automation Engineers.
• Drive Agile delivery - backlog refinement, sprint planning and continuous stakeholder communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the change lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven Business Analyst experience delivering technology‑enabled change.
• Strong background in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate technology solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities independently.
Desirable Skills
• Direct experience delivering AI, automation, data or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI services or Intelligent Automation.
• Experience within regulated or complex organisational settings.
• BCS, IIBA or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
