Finance Transformation Business Analyst - 6 Month FTC
£65,000 - £75,000 | Remote with occasional travel | 6 Months | ASAP Start
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Transformation Business Analyst to join a growing organisation on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key role within a major finance transformation programme focused on standardising finance processes and systems across multiple entities and creating a more efficient, technology-enabled finance function.
Working closely with the Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of key areas of delivery across finance process design, ERP implementation, testing, data migration and cutover.
Key responsibilities include:
Mapping, designing and standardising finance processes
Supporting the delivery of an ERP implementation
Developing test strategies, plans, scripts and test cases
Coordinating SIT and UAT
Managing defects and stakeholder sign-off
Leading data cleansing and enhancement ahead of migration
Supporting data migration and cutover
Working closely with Finance, IT and operational stakeholders
Taking ownership of workstreams and driving activity through to completion
What we're looking for:
You'll need a strong combination of finance process knowledge and systems/transformation experience.
Previous experience delivering an ERP implementation is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be highly advantageous, although strong experience with other ERP platforms will also be considered.
You should also have hands-on experience across SIT, UAT, defect management and test sign-off, alongside the confidence to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.
Experience within a multi-entity finance transformation, particularly involving process standardisation and data migration, would be a significant advantage.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or relevant project management qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential where you can demonstrate strong practical transformation experience.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

Location: Predominantly remote with occasional site travel
