Outside IR35 - Business Analyst - Ecommerce Re-Platform, London 3 days per week, £(Apply online only) per day, 6 month Contract,
Contract role for a large retail company moving Ecommerce Platforms. You will need to have experience as a Business Analyst performing typical BA duties (workshops, requirements gathering, UAT, As-is to be, Process Maps etc) on a website re-platform within ecommerce. Experience understanding the post purchase journey for great customer service, managing Distribution centres, digital retail operations, ordering process etc will be key.
Workshops in London are 3 days per week for the first month, then will be 1-2 days p/week on site.
The current platform is going to be going out of support, so this retailer wants to change systems before that happens. You will be key as a digital re-platform business analyst to map the current process and bring this through to the new system.
