Yolk Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Analyst to work with a world leading consultancy on a large-scale government project.

This is an exciting opportunity to analyse new legislation and regulations that influence the accountability domain for a significant government project.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out impact analyses, identifying consequences (COMPAFIJTHE) and determining requirements.
Developing solutions and adapting processes using BPMN.
Coordinate with various stakeholders such as the business, functional management, architecture and the development team.
Overseeing the entire accountability chain and stakeholders with a broad view
Supporting the Product Owner in shaping the product vision and translating user needs into concrete requirements.
Identifying automation opportunities and developing solutions within the domain architecture.
Thoroughly evaluating the impact of new policies on processes and systems and mapping changes.
Participate in chain days and working groups within the Joint Responsibility program.
Evaluating the impact of chosen solutions from the program on the IT landscape and the Accountability processes.

Essential Skills:

Completed HBO/WO education.
Demonstrable knowledge in the field of business analysis and consultancy.
Extensive knowledge and experience of and with business analysis and/or information analysis methodologies
Experience in performing information analyzes with multiple process systems and internal and external stakeholders and chain partners (3 years)
Drawing up requirements and drawing up analyses, process descriptions and diagrams at system level (3 years)

Desirable Skills:

Consulting experience
Experience working in (government) organizations with at least 1000 employees
