Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our Systems Team. You will have an opportunity to work alongside other Analysts to achieve both the Systems and Business Strategies by working on both internally developed systems and a range of third-party applications.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and working as part of a delivery team using a blend of Agile and Scrum methods to achieve our goals. You will be expected to demonstrate your experiences of the analysis life cycle including requirements elicitation and refinement, user stories, process flows, 3 amigo and solution planning presentations, user acceptance testing and resolving conflicting requirements to ensure the business model is still achievable. The role will also provide ongoing support for any helpdesk tickets logged into the team.

You will bring to the team a willingness to learn and share best practise from your experience so far. You will be a problem solver and a team player who can work efficiently without close supervision and be self-organised on a day-to-day basis to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other software applications such as Jira, Confluence & Drawio, LucidChart are expected. It would be advantageous if you are comfortable with data interrogation using MySQL or other reporting packages and have experience of financial or transactional analysis.
