Manchester (Flexible Working/1 day per week in office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join an established software and IT services organisation delivering bespoke software solutions to market-leading brands. You will be working as part of the Projects team, collaborating with customers and the in-house development team to understand business needs, define requirements and help deliver effective software solutions. Skills & Experience
1-2 years’ experience working on software projects using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall.
Experience working with customers or internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define scope and document requirements.
A general understanding of application development, databases, integrations and system design.
Awareness of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build positive working relationships.
A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
A genuine desire to continue learning and developing professionally.
