Job Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 3 months
Location: Hybrid/Warwick (once per week requirement in the office)
Salary: £500-£550 per day via Umbrella

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading company in the Utilities industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Warwick on a fixed-term contract for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and make a significant impact on their business processes.
Responsibilities:
Analyse complex business and digital environments to identify areas for improvement.
Investigate work and gather requirements to specify effective business processes.
Identify innovative, appropriate, and cost-effective solutions to enhance information systems and management practises.
Drive improvements in procedures and change management, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Develop product mandates, business cases, investment proposals, and post-investment appraisals.
Utilise consultancy techniques and processes to deliver benefits realisation and digital solutions with programme delivery leads.
Participate in project boards, steering, and governance groups as required.
Analyse business change resource demand to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Drive cultural and behavioural change within the organisation to work to UK BMS Standards and maintain a consistent framework.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of the Utilities industry is preferred but not essential.
