Located in Wimborne, Dorset

Our Client a Leader in their field of Software Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and capable Business Analyst to join their Head Office in Wimborne, Dorset

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional software development skills, a minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software company and good knowledge of Data Integration and Migration Projects.

Main responsibilities will include :-

Analysing processes and systems to plan out solutions and creating specifications and documentation that enables development to take place
Gather, analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency and feasibility
Work closely with engineering, architects and QA to investigate design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility
Create user stories, technical specifications and other specification documentation
Work with the Product Managers and Tech leads re strategic values and priortising requirements
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Continuously improve knowledge of systems, customers and processes
Represent the company in front of customer and partners with professionalism and competency at all times
Manage the specification phase of projects according to the companies ways of working and Agile Development best practices
Work with business and technical teams to research, review and collect available technical information and requirements
Research and recommend technologies for system solutions

This is an extremely diverse and involved position for an experienced and highly capable Business Analyst who is looking to join an extremely successful company at their Bournemouth office.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis however you need to be able to travel to their office in Wimborne 3 days a week.
