Role: Business Analyst (Security Clearance required)
Location: Cheltenham
Day Rate: £525 a day
Contract Length: 12-month initial contract (likely to be extended)
Situation:
We are working with a Tier 1 client, who require an experienced Business Analyst for their SIG division. You will lead the delivery of projects working directly for key clients embedded into their major programmes.
Opportunity for role of Business Analyst:
In your role as Business Analyst, you'll support project teams to develop and implement appropriate methodologies for projects.
Key Criteria for the role of Business Analyst:
The Business Analyst must be able to communicate well with clients and accurately understand their requirements, as well as being able to work effectively with project teams to deliver collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
MUST HOLD DV (developed vetting) Security Clearance
Happy to travel hybrid to Cheltenham site
Exemplary stakeholder engagement and management skill
Experience facilitating workshops with wide range of stakeholders
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients at all levels in a business environment
Visio – process modelling
Atlassian Suite – Confluence and JIRA
Experience of waterfall and agile deliveries
Desirable:
Communications planning and implementation
Requirements Definition & Management skills
Experience of preparing affected business areas for transitioning to new ways of working
Experience of guiding stakeholders through business transformations
