Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: East Midlands (2 days a week in the office)
Business Analysis / IT / Business Change / Process Improvement / Stakeholder Management
Xpertise are excited to be working with an independent company specialising in higer-purchase agreements, operating throughout the UK, in assisting them to find a talented Business Analyst to join their Technology and Change team. The role will involve working on a range of IT and Business change projects that can vary in nature, mainly focusing on Process Improvement, exposing the right candidate to multiple experiences. You will be part of a small team, reporting to the Director of Technology and Change, and will be in constant communication with 3rd party IT teams. The role is very hands on and is ideal for someone who likes to get stuck in and has a “can do” attitude.
What is needed for the role:
Experience working as a Business Analyst on a range of IT, Business Change and Process Improvement projects
Demonstrated Writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
Experience preparing business analysis documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ambitious individual who is eager to learn
Preferred experience:
Experience working within the financial services or similar industry preferable but not essential
Working with an outsourced IT team and 3rd party vendors
Business Analysis qualifications, such as BCS, ideal but not essential
