Job Description:
The Business Analyst will support the analysis and definition of business requirements for Workspace Services initiatives.
The role will work with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, producing requirements artefacts, supporting backlog refinement, and ensuring traceability between business needs and delivered outcomes.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and support prioritisation activities.
