Description:

Business Analyst - Data Migration (6 Month Contract)

Inside IR35 | Day Rate Negotiable

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major document migration programme on an initial 6-month contract.

You'll lead the analysis and planning phase of a large-scale migration from shared network drives (F-Drive into iManage), starting with a complex business area containing extensive folder structures and sensitive documentation. Working closely with stakeholders, project sponsors and technical teams, you'll assess existing document repositories, identify risks, and create robust migration plans to ensure a seamless transition with no impact to business-critical information.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience supporting F Drive/file share migration projects.
Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with complex folder structures, sensitive documents, and Excel spreadsheets (including macros).
Ability to document requirements, analyse risks, and provide clear handovers to engineering teams.

Experience with iManage or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential
