Description:
Pardoe Wray have been retained by Family Fund, a charitable organisation who provide financial support to the families of disabled or seriously ill children.
The Business Analyst role will contribute to the development and delivery of Family Fund’s strategic Digital Development Programme by providing specialist technical expertise in business analysis. This will involve undertaking business analysis activity on the Group’s major digital projects, interpreting requirements, and providing the evidence base for successful process change.
Duties and responsibilities
* Use a high level of analytical and process-mapping skills to map and analyse existing processes, identifying barriers to efficiency and areas for improvement
* Work with colleagues across the organisation to assess and interpret their needs and elicit requirements for business process improvements
* Support the organisation’s streamlining agenda by helping colleagues to understand lean principles, and by applying lean principles to process work
* Produce clear recommendations and reports, based on sound business analysis, to inform the strategic programme and future system development
* Produce technical user stories and other business analysis documentation to support the translation of business process into technical specifications for new digital developments
* Produce and maintain clear and accurate system documentation, including process flows and user guides to recognised standards
* Support with test activity
* Ensure process and system compliance with GDPR and info security requirements
* Undertake continual professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge
* Carry out other duties commensurate with the position as required, in support of the organisation’s continuous improvement agenda
