Are you an experienced Business Account Coordinator looking for a new challenge?
It’s a field-based position working within the Northern Solutions Team, covering Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas.
The purpose of the role is to support the Business Account Managers, being a self-motivated individual who has strong positive communication and coordination skills will definitely help you succeed in the role.
Key responsibilities:
* Actively supporting the area account managers with the management of various accounts.
* Working closely with the team ensuring customers/clients are receiving the excellent service and thus maximising market share from all customers.
* Continually building relationships with key customer contacts.
* Ensuring business growth with existing customer base is maximised.

We are looking to chat with individuals with experience of scheduling and managing plots, including check measures and readiness inspections.
Essential experience:
Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop and maintain existing relationships with Architects, Site/Project Managers, Buyers, Senior Managers and Directors.
* Previous experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
* The drive and desire to build a career, succeeding in a customer-focused environment.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills and be computer literate.
* A full UK driving licence, as travel within the area and throughout the UK, when relevant, will be required.
* A relevant site H&S card (this can be included as part of the training).
* Standard expectations of high levels of customer service, strong time management at all times to work effectively to achieve departmental KPI targets
