You'll work on projects typically ranging from £250,000 to £2 million across sectors including:

Heritage and listed buildings
Commercial refurbishments
Mixed-use developments
Healthcare
Education
Public sector projects With a strong pipeline of repeat work, it's an exciting time to join the team.

The Role

As Building Surveyor, you'll deliver a mix of professional Building Surveying and project management services, taking projects from concept through to completion.
You'll manage your own workload, build strong client relationships and work closely with an experienced team while enjoying plenty of autonomy.

About You

We're looking for a Building Surveyor with:

Degree in Building Surveying
MRICS Chartered status
Minimum two years' post-chartership experience
Consultancy experience
Strong project management and client-facing skills
Experience delivering refurbishment and alteration projects
Ability to commute to Plymouth or relocate What's in it for You?
