A values-driven housing organisation delivering large-scale planned works programmes, including energy efficiency and sustainable housing improvements
Description
Manage planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing etc.)
Oversee project delivery and contractor performance
Prepare specifications, works orders, and estimates
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant
Support decarbonisation and energy efficiency initiatives
Maintain resident communication throughout project delivery
Profile
Experience delivering planned works in housing
Strong project management and contractor oversight experience
Understanding of compliance and H&S requirements
Commercial awareness and budget control
Strong stakeholder engagement skill
