The team is comprised of expert senior surveyors who are also directors and shareholders in the company, operating from five offices across the country.

The Role: You will be undertaking a range of professional building surveying services across a variety of property portfolios for multiple clients, predominantly in the residential sector.

Based out of their new trophy Central London office, they are now looking for an additional building surveyor who can help with the expansion of the team.

You will also be expected to support the development of the graduate members of the team as they prepare for their APC Assessments, and beyond.

Job Location: Central London (Covent Garden)

Head Count: 40+

Current Projects: Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education & Retail

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

* Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

* Contract Administration (must be familiar with the JCT Suite of Contracts)

* 3-5 years industry experience – preferably within a consultancy environment

* Excellent time management

* Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

* Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

* Able to work individually or in a team

* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
