Essential Requirement for Building Surveyor: Full driving licence
Essential Qualification for Building Surveyor: Degree (Level 6) in Building Surveying, Construction or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
The Role for Building Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Surveyor to support the delivery of capital and planned improvement projects across the Council’s estate.
The postholder will provide professional building surveying, design and project management support across a varied portfolio of works, including refurbishment, maintenance, compliance and improvement schemes. The role includes condition surveys, defect diagnosis, feasibility work, options appraisal, specification writing, procurement, contract administration and site inspection.
