Job title: Building Surveyor

Day Rate: Dependant on experience
Role
Your role will be to undertake annual property inspections and report on the condition of building assets, including stations, depots, and lineside buildings to the Route Asset Manager to enable development of robust asset management strategy and ongoing maintenance and renewal plans in line with safety priorities and budget allocation
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reporting asset conditions
Liasing with asset engineers to assist with development
Monitor ongoing planned and reactive maintenance schemes
Develop survey strategies for individual work bank
Essential requirements:
Experience in surveying A.S.S
Educated to HNC / HND level or equivalent in building studies
