Their Building Surveying team supports clients across a wide range of sectors. This role focuses on the delivery of core Building Surveying services such as pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys, dilapidations etc with associated project work. They have a wide variety of instructions and can therefore provide a varied workload.

We are looking for previous building surveying experience, ideally working within a Consultancy or client side environment, in addition to a recent degree in Building Surveying. You must already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre and have a full UK driving license as well as regular access to a vehicle, as the role will require some travel
