Peace Recruitment are working with a large public sector organisation based near Edinburgh to source an experienced Building Surveyor for a long term contract opportunity.
The role will be varied but my client is looking for someone with experience with damp and mould. You will be joining a close experienced team. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, internally and also with tenants as you will mainly be working within housing.
The role will also involve stock condition surveys so experience of this would be beneficial. The role will mainly be site based so having access to a vehicle with business insurance is essential for this role. Previous placements with this client have lasted years so will be a good opportunity for a secure long term role. The hourly rate is £24-£27 per hour (depending on pay type)
