Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a leading consultancy that is seeking a talented professional to join their team, delivering high-quality refurbishment and new build projects within the education sector.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and nurture strong client relationships
·Collaborate closely with building surveying and architectural teams
·Lead the delivery of refurbishment and new build projects
·Contribute to estate strategies for education sector clients
 
What they are looking for:
·RICS-accredited degree
·Strong building surveying expertise
·Experience conducting feasibility studies
·Proven project management skills
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
