Excellent opportunity for a CIOB or RICS accredited Building Surveyor to join a reputable and growing business in a role that offers a diverse array of projects spanning commercial and residential sectors and the chance to be part of a dynamic team, where you'll leverage your expertise to support a multi-level team of surveyors in an office based role.

This well - established company are a specialist in the field of Structural Warranty provision for a range of clients predominantly residential and commercial developers. Offering a range of services from Structural Warranty to Latent Defects this company have continued growth over the last few years with projected further business development and increased turnover. Now they are looking for a accredited Surveyor to join and support the team.
In this role you will be based from the Altrincham office and predominantly work within the office, with very occasional site visits covering Principal Surveyors. You will be responsible for supporting the 2 Principal Surveyors with their workload which will entail desktop assessments, analysing reports from various inspections and site visits and ensuring all information is correct. You will also support and mentor the apprentice surveyors across a wide range of surveying disciplines.
This role is suited to a qualified surveyor looking for an office base role where they can support the field based surveyors and offer advice and mentorship from their knowledge and experience to less experienced apprentices within the business. You will need to be CIOB or RICS accredited to be successful in this role.
