Description:

Our client a charity that provides housing, care, and support services for older people across country have approached us with the following vacancy :

We have a need for a Property Surveyor for our East Anglia region on a FTC of up to 6 months.

Overview :
To carry out the project management of a range of specific asset management projects from inception to completion.

Delivery of a customer focused, high quality responsive repairs, empty property/void works and planned maintenance and improvement programme, maximising the resources available.
Focus on delivering excellent customer service
Be responsible and accountable for project delivery, control and reporting of expenditure against budgets for projects and to meet or exceed agreed targets.
The areas covered are as follows: Essex, Bedford, Hitchin, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Northampton, Newport Pagnall and Peterborough, looking for someone to start in the next 2 weeks so ideally you'll be immediately available or are available at short notice.

The candidates will need to live within their respective areas for it to be viable as we do expect regular visits to homes and schemes.

The salary for the role is £55,105 with a car allowance of £7,000 pro rata.
