£50,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonus + Package + Hybrid Working + Chartership Support + Training + Performance Based Progression to Associate Director

Within the role you will have a varied number of responsibilities across their projects from planned preventative maintenance to contract administration. The role offers great variety day to day whilst you work across their growing portfolio.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with experience across building pathology, PPM, reinstatement cost assessments and contract administration, who is confident working independently as well as within a collaborative environment.

The Role:

Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, lifecycle planning and asset management reporting
Carrying out building condition surveys and technical due diligence
Undertake building pathology investigations and defect diagnosis
Liaising with client and other professionals across multidisciplinary projectsThe Person:

Building Surveyor
Experience across building pathology, defect diagnosis and planned preventative maintenance
Chartered or working towards chartership
Commutable distance to office in London and happy to travel when required.
